Stephanie Lynn joined Church Mutual as an actuarial consultant in May 2014. In February 2016, she was promoted to assistant actuary and, in April 2017, ERM director. She was promoted to ERM director/actuary in February 2019 and ERM senior director/actuary in February 2020. Lynn was promoted to vice president-enterprise risk management in November 2021. Her responsibilities include oversight and strategic direction of the organization’s enterprise risk and business continuity programs, including the negotiation and management of corporate reinsurance and insurance contracts.
Lynn earned her bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and mathematics from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has also earned two professional designations, Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) in 2016 and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) in 2017.
Lynn has served on the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) membership advisory panel since 2016 and exam committee since 2021. She currently sits on the school board for Trinity Lutheran School in Wausau, Wisconsin.
She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wausau, Wisconsin.
