Women’s Leadership Initiative

Our Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) offers events and presentations to address and explore topics related to women's personal and career development, connecting with colleagues and promoting community, and sharing understanding among those employed at Church Mutual.

Our supplier diversity initiative aims to enhance the procurement process by developing strong relationships with a talented group of diverse businesses that offer quality products and services, excellent customer service and competitive costs. Our focus is on offering qualified minority, women, veteran, service-disabled veteran, people with disabilities and LGBTQ owned businesses, along with other underrepresented, small and disadvantaged businesses, the opportunity to provide products and services to our organization.
