I clicked the webinar link and it’s not working. What should I do?
If the webinar is not working, the first step you can try is re-clicking the link or refreshing your browser (sometimes it takes a moment for the page to load).
You may also want to try pasting the link into another browser. For example, if you are trying to watch the webinar on Internet Explorer, try pasting the link into Chrome or FireFox.
Also, make sure you are watching the webinar at the correct date and time. All Church Mutual webinars take place in Central Time.
What if I signed up but am unable to attend?
Every webinar at Church Mutual is recorded and will be available for viewing following the initial event. Registered attendees will receive a follow-up email after the webinar with a link to the recording.
Is there a fee for the webinar?
No. All of the webinars presented by Church Mutual are presented at no cost to the viewer.
When does registration close?
Registration is open until the start time of the scheduled webinar.
Will this webinar be recorded?
Yes. Every Church Mutual webinar is recorded and will be available for viewing 1-2 days after the webinar. If you have registered for the webinar, you will receive an email with a link to the recording.
Do I need a webcam?
No. A webcam is not necessary to view any Church Mutual webinar.
Can I get a DVD of the webinar?
No. DVDs of our webinars are currently not available.
Can I get the slide deck from the webinar?
No. PowerPoint or other presentation decks of the webinar are currently not available.
